We want to make CALPIS a world drink - All our international activities start from here.

In 1964, we offered CALPIS to thousands of athletes from 94 countries who gathered in the athletes village for the Tokyo Olympics. Some drank two, three or more cups, and others even filled the drink in bottles and brought it with them to the competition venues.
The participants from all over the world loved CALPIS. Our founder, Kaiun Mishima saw such scenes and had expressed that “My dream is to establish one brother company in a host country of the Olympics as it is held every 4 years.”
“From Japanese drink to worldwide beverage” - CALPIS, a drink founded in Japan and to be loved throughout the world. This is the start of the dream to operate our overseas drink business.

There are many kinds of tastiness equivalent to the number of countries

Food is deeply rooted in the environmental features of a country. Therefore, we highlight that our delicious products not only come from Japan, but also each product is adjusted to fit the taste of each country and region.
Currently, we have established our local company in 4 countries and areas (the United States, Indonesia, Taiwan and Thailand), promoting CALPIS brand products and other items by considering the needs in each region.
In addition, we sought the market opportunity in China and Vietnam where the economy was booming. We have already started marketing activities in these countries.
