We have successfully developed the powder formed functional food ingredients: “AmealPeptide” containing our unique functional components Lactotripeptides (LTP), and functional lactobacillus, “Lactobacillus L-92”. They are applicable to various food products, and are employed by leading companies in Japan and overseas.
By actively pursuing the development of such functional food ingredients, and leveraging on our technologies and established brand assets, we are trying to expand its utilization for varieties of foods in various countries.
