Our sales activities are intended to increase opportunities for more customers to purchase products that we have developed and produced to contribute to health of body and mind. Our sales personnel not only strive to convey the appeal of our products but also to add new value in stores by proposing attractive displays unique to Calpis. For example, CALPIS Station, which communicates the tastiness and sheer joy of preparing CALPIS based on its unique sense of value, clearly demonstrates product quality and provides fun for customers at the storefront.
The Sales Planning and Coordination Department supports Calpis sales activities. It works closely with the Sales Division and promotes establishment of new sales-support systems. The Sales Planning group, located at each branch, focuses on regional needs and issues and provides comprehensive support for regional sales representatives.

The Calpis nationwide network of vending machines—little stores that are always open—gives consumers all-the-time access to our products, including those based on health.
Managed by Calpis Beverages Co., Ltd. headquarters, the company’s large vending machine operation business comprised five regional direct-sales companies in Tohoku, metropolitan Tokyo, Kinki/Tokai, Chugoku/Kyushu, and Okinawa.
In addition, we will actively contribute to society and implement environmentally sound services, including “disaster-relief vending machines” as well as energy-saving, CFC-free vending machines.
